🚩 Do Dham YATRA 2026 | 6 DAYS / 5 NIGHTS
1. 🙏 Booking Confirmation
Tour booking will be confirmed after receipt of the applicable booking amount. Booking is subject to availability of hotels, vehicles and other services.
2. 💰 Payment
The remaining package amount must be paid as per the payment schedule communicated by SV Travel Solutions before/on departure.
3. 🪪 ID & Documents
All travellers must carry valid government-issued photo ID and other required travel documents.
4. 🚐 Transportation
Transportation will be provided as per the selected package. Vehicle type may vary depending on group size, road conditions and operational requirements.
5. 🏨 Accommodation
Hotel/camp accommodation will be provided as mentioned in the package. In case of non-availability, a similar-category property may be provided.
6. 🌦️ Weather & Road Conditions
Char Dham routes are located in high-altitude Himalayan areas. Due to heavy rain, landslides, snowfall, traffic, roadblocks or other natural conditions, the itinerary may be delayed, changed or modified for safety.
7. 🛕 Temple Darshan
Darshan is subject to temple timings, crowd conditions, government guidelines and local administration. VIP/Special Darshan is not included unless specifically mentioned.
8. 🐎 Kedarnath Services
Pony, Palki, Pithoo and other trekking assistance charges are not included unless specifically mentioned.
9. 🚁 Helicopter Service
Kedarnath helicopter service is not included. Helicopter services are subject to availability, weather and operator policies.
10. 🍽️ Meals
Breakfast and dinner are included as mentioned in the package. Lunch and any additional meals are excluded.
11. ⏰ Reporting & Departure
Travellers must follow the reporting and departure timings provided by the tour coordinator. Delays caused by travellers may affect the itinerary.
12. 💊 Medical Responsibility
Travellers should ensure they are physically fit for Himalayan travel and trekking. Medical/emergency expenses will be borne by the traveller.
13. 🔄 Itinerary Changes
SV Travel Solutions reserves the right to modify the route, sightseeing, accommodation or schedule due to weather, road conditions, government restrictions, safety concerns or unforeseen circumstances.
14. 🧳 Personal Belongings
Travellers are responsible for their personal belongings, valuables and luggage throughout the journey.
15. ⚠️ Unforeseen Situations
Any additional expenses arising due to natural calamities, road closures, strikes, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond the control of SV Travel Solutions will be payable by the traveller.

Up to 75% of the paid package amount may be refundable after applicable service, hotel and transportation cancellation charges.

Up to 50% of the paid amount may be refundable after applicable deductions.
🔹 7–14 Days Before Departure
Up to 25% of the paid amount may be refundable after applicable deductions.
🔹 Less Than 7 Days Before Departure

🔹 No Show / Late Arrival
No refund will be provided for failure to join the tour, late arrival, early departure or unused services.
🔹 Booking Amount
The booking amount may be non-refundable once hotel, vehicle or other travel services have been confirmed.
🔹 Weather / Road Closure / Natural Calamity
If the journey is affected by heavy rainfall, landslide, snowfall, road closure, natural calamity or government restrictions, the itinerary may be modified or postponed. Any refund will depend on the amount recoverable from the respective hotels, transport operators and service providers.
🔹 Unused Services
No refund will be provided for any service voluntarily not used by the traveller during the tour.
