🚩 CHAR DHAM YATRA 2026 | 11 DAYS / 10 NIGHTS
1. 🙏 Booking Confirmation: Tour booking will be confirmed only after receiving the specified booking amount. Booking amount is subject to the applicable cancellation policy.
2. 💰 Payment: Remaining package amount must be paid as per the payment schedule communicated by SV Travel Solutions before/on the scheduled departure.
3. 🪪 Travel Documents: All guests must carry valid government-issued ID proof and any other documents required for the journey.
4. 🚐 Transportation: Vehicle type will be provided as mentioned in the package. Vehicle allocation may vary depending on group size, road conditions and operational requirements.
5. 🏨 Hotel & Camp Stay: Accommodation will be provided as per the package. Hotel/camp may be changed to a similar-category property due to availability or operational circumstances.
6. 🌦️ Weather & Road Conditions: Char Dham routes are located in mountainous areas. Due to heavy rain, landslides, snowfall, traffic restrictions, roadblocks or other natural conditions, the itinerary may be changed, delayed or modified for passenger safety.
7. 🛕 Darshan: Temple darshan is subject to temple timings, government/administrative guidelines, crowd conditions and local restrictions. VIP/Special Darshan charges are not included unless specifically mentioned.
8. 🐎 Kedarnath Trek: Pony, Palki, Pithoo and other trekking assistance charges are not included in the package unless specifically mentioned.
9. 🚁 Helicopter Service: Kedarnath helicopter service is not included. Any helicopter booking will be subject to availability, weather and the operator's terms.
10. 🍽️ Meals: Breakfast and dinner will be provided as mentioned in the package. Lunch, personal meals and additional food orders are not included.
11. ⏰ Itinerary Timing: Guests are requested to follow the reporting and departure timings provided by the tour coordinator. Delays caused by guests may affect the itinerary.
12. 💊 Personal Expenses: Medical expenses, medicines, shopping, laundry, room service, telephone calls and other personal expenses are not included.
13. ⚠️ Medical Fitness: Guests should ensure that they are physically fit for high-altitude travel and trekking. Any medical emergency or related expense will be the responsibility of the traveller.
14. 📸 Photography & Activities: Any optional activities, entry fees or personal photography/videography charges not specifically mentioned in the inclusions will be payable separately.
15. 🔄 Itinerary Changes: SV Travel Solutions reserves the right to modify the route, accommodation or schedule when necessary due to weather, road conditions, government restrictions, safety concerns or other unforeseen circumstances.
16. 🤝 Guest Responsibility: Travellers are expected to maintain discipline, follow tour coordinator instructions and take care of their personal belongings throughout the journey.

Up to 75% of the paid package amount may be refundable after deduction of applicable booking/service charges.

Up to 50% of the paid package amount may be refundable after applicable deductions.
🔹 7–14 Days Before Departure:
Up to 25% of the paid package amount may be refundable after applicable deductions.
🔹 Less Than 7 Days Before Departure:
No refund will be applicable.
🔹 No Show / Late Arrival:
No refund will be provided for failure to join the tour, late arrival, early departure or unused services.
🔹 Booking Amount:
The booking amount may be non-refundable once bookings for transportation, hotels/camps or other services have been confirmed.
🔹 Weather / Natural Calamity / Government Restrictions:
If the journey is affected by heavy rainfall, landslide, snowfall, road closure, natural calamity, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond the control of SV Travel Solutions, the itinerary may be modified or postponed. Refunds, if any, will depend on the amount recoverable from hotels, transport operators and other service providers.

No refund will be provided for services voluntarily not used by the traveller after commencement of the tour.
