📜 TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Package confirmation is subject to receipt of the required advance payment.

• Hotel rooms, vehicle and other services are subject to availability at the time of booking.

• Check-in and check-out timings will be as per the respective hotel/houseboat policies.

• The itinerary may be changed or modified due to weather, road conditions, traffic, local restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Any additional sightseeing, extra vehicle usage or services not mentioned in the package will be charged separately.

• Any increase in fuel prices, government taxes, entry fees or other applicable charges after booking may be payable by the guest.

• Guests are requested to carry valid government-issued photo ID proof during the tour.

• The company is not responsible for delays, cancellations or disruptions caused by airlines, railways, weather, natural calamities, strikes or government restrictions.

• Any damage caused to hotel/houseboat property by the guest will be payable directly by the guest.

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

• All disputes, if any, will be subject to applicable laws and jurisdiction.

• By confirming the booking, the guest agrees to the above terms and conditions.

❌ CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing and will be considered only after confirmation by SV Travel Solutions.

• Cancellation 30 days or more before the departure date:

Applicable cancellation charges will be deducted as per the booking terms.

• Cancellation 15–29 days before the departure date:

25% of the total package cost may be charged.

• Cancellation 7–14 days before the departure date:

50% of the total package cost may be charged.

• Cancellation within 7 days of departure:

75% of the total package cost may be charged.

• Cancellation within 48 hours of departure / No Show:

100% of the total package cost may be charged.

• Hotel, houseboat, transport, flight, train or other third-party cancellation charges will be applicable as per their individual policies.

• Once the tour has commenced, no refund will be provided for unused services, sightseeing, hotel nights, meals or transportation not availed by the guest.

• In case of weather conditions, road closures, natural calamities or government restrictions, refund/adjustment will depend on the actual amount recovered from the respective service providers.

• Refund processing time may vary depending on the service provider and payment method.
