• Booking will be confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
• Hotel and vehicle availability is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

• Remaining payment must be cleared as per the agreed payment schedule before / during the tour.
• Any additional services or personal expenses will be payable directly by the guest.
🔹 Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation more than 30 days before the travel date: 10% of the total package cost will be charged.
• Cancellation 15–30 days before the travel date: 25% of the total package cost will be charged.
• Cancellation 7–14 days before the travel date: 50% of the total package cost will be charged.
• Cancellation within 7 days of the travel date / No Show: 100% of the package cost will be charged.
• Hotel, transport and service cancellation charges imposed by suppliers will be applicable separately.

• Any change in travel dates will be subject to hotel, vehicle and service availability.
